The Hay Barn has been converted from one of the outbuildings at Eatonden Manor Farm, a 50 acre grass farm in The High Weald, An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in East Sussex.
Situated over two floors The Hay Barn offers a large, bright kitchen and dining area with all the necessary accessories to enjoy home cooking and relaxed evenings. The kitchen leads into a wide hallway and living area with French doors onto the terrace. There is also a downstairs loo.
Upstairs are two generously sized bedrooms, one with a kingsize double bed and the other with twin beds. There is a mattress available for a 3rd child if needed. The landing has a desk area set up for a home office and a bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Outside is a large private garden and terrace and parking for 2 cars.
In Summer months there is a BBQ and fire pit available as well as outdoor dining and seating; in the Winter there is a wood burner in the living area, making the most of both al fresco summer evenings and cosy winter nights.
