The space
The Hay Barn has been converted from one of the outbuildings at Eatonden Manor Farm, a 50 acre grass farm in The High Weald, An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in East Sussex.
Situated over 2 floors The Hay Barn offers a large, bright kitchen and dining area with all the necessary accessories to enjoy home cooking and relaxed evenings. The kitchen leads into a wide hallway and living area with French doors onto the terrace. There is also a downstairs loo.
Upstairs are two generously sized bedrooms, one with a kingsize double bed and the other with twin beds. There is a mattress available for a 3rd child if needed. The landing has a desk area set up for a home office and a bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Outside is a large private garden and terrace and parking for 2 cars.
In Summer months there is a BBQ and fire pit available as well as outdoor dining and seating; in the Winter there is a wood burner in the living area, making the most of both al fresco summer evenings and cosy winter nights.
Guests can expect to enjoy peaceful days with beautiful views and surrounding countryside and at night make the most of the dark sky with incredible star gazing.
