About The Farm

Eatonden Manor Farm is a small 50 acre farm with grasslands that are cut for hay in the Summer. There are two large orchards at the farm as well as an enclosed vegetable garden. 

Zoe and her family have lived at the farm for 12 years where they have been running two holiday cottages - The Hay Barn and The Apple Press - both converted from barns. In 2022 they closed The Hay Barn to guests for personal use but are now welcoming guests back to the farm in 2026.

After 12 years of wonderful chaos with pigs, alpacas, ducks, chickens and three young children they have moved on. Over time they have said goodbye to the animals, the children have become teenagers and far too soon will be off on their own adventures. As a result whilst many parts of relaxing at The Hay Barn remain untouched the surrounding farm life has given way to grass fields and hay making.
